Panda Mandarin Language Programs is an independent business and language school specializing in teaching Mandarin to young children. Like any school, Panda Mandarin teaches a wide variety of classes, requiring a wide variety of various materials. Between their busy schedule, the abundance of creative materials, and the chaos embedded in early childhood education, Panda Mandarin was in a state of organizational dysfunction.

 

Over the course of several weeks, I sorted through thousands of craft materials, books, toys, teaching resources, and administrative backlogs to create a working and learning environment for both teachers and students to gain quick and easy access to everything they need. This not only increased working efficiency amongst both staff and students but also increased the overall enjoyability of learning across all programs months later.
